    This quick and easy slow cooker recipe tastes just like a sausage and pepperoni pizza! It's easy to personalize to your tastes, too. Don't like meats? Make it vegetarian! Want extra olives? Add 'em in!

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounces (1/2 pound) uncooked Italian sausage, in casings
    • 28 ounces canned diced or crushed tomatoes
    • 2 cups prepared pasta sauce (I used garlic and onion flavor)
    • 16 ounces (2 liquid cups) water
    • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
    • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 2 cups frozen onion / peppers vegetable blend (I used fajita blend)
    • 1 (4 oz.) package Hormel mini pepperoni (reserve a few pieces to use as garnish
    • 4 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
    • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
