    • 1 egg

    • 1 ½ cup flour or gluten free flour blend (plus more to dust the cutting board)
    • 1 Tablespoon psyllium husk (ONLY if using gluten free flour blend)
    • ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
    • 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
    • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 3 medium cloves garlic (diced)
    • 30 sage leaves
    • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
    • Pepper (to taste)
    • 2 Tablespoons flour or gluten free flour blend
    • ½ cup starchy water
