    • 1 - 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)

    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons ground mace
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
