    • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
    • 1 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
    • 1 cup dried red or brown lentils
    • 2 cups vegetable broth, low sodium
    • 1 bay leave
