    • 2 tbsp flour
    • 2 cups chicken stock (I like to use homemade)
    • 1 1/4 cups light cream

    • 1 can corn (or 1 1/2 cups frozen corn niblets)
    • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    • 3/4 cup shredded cooked chicken
